Ok, got my rmx yesterday, upgraded to pro, but today I had to completely reinstall my OS, and lost everything that wasn't on the startup disc. I've since reinstalled the LE version that came with my rmx, but how do I go about downloading and reinstalling my pro version? I have my pro serial number right here, I just need to know how I get to the point where I input it.

just put in your password here and you will be able to download a new version, if you have previously downloaded more than two 5.1 versions you will have to put in a ticket explaining your circumstances

Once you've download it, Copy and paste the setup file into a special folder or onto a USB memory stick, or even burn it to CD.
This way you can install it as many times as you want. I've got the last 3 Rev's saved this way.
