Hello all,
I am trying to get my system optimized. Anyone here dj with Video's on a Macbook Pro 2.0 Ghz, 128 video card, 2 gig memory smoothly. I am thinking about upgrading to a 256 or 512 Meg video card Macbook Pro. Anyone else make this jump, and can anyone give me any advice? Pro's or Con's for doing so.

Apple, like most laptop manufactures build the video card on to the motherboard to cut costs, size and weight. Only certain types of laptops for certain companies actually bother with separate from board video cards.
I did a quick search to see if you can actually upgrade the vram like you could in some old iMac's but everything I found showed it solder on like normal.

Some revisions allow an upgrade others are motherboard mounted best to call apple with your serial no to check.
