The second instrumental on the right deck is Jam On It by Newcleus. The first instrumental sounds more like a loop then a full instrumental. As far as what he scratched those are popular scratch samples. Not sure what songs they are from anymore. The I Am scratch might be a Public Enemy track from the early 80's but I don't recall which one.
