Is it possible to use the MKII mapper to set up 'shift' button to control another button instead of saving multiple mappers?

For example:

* The EQ knobs control the normal Highs, mids, & lows
* Can the mapper be set up if I press another key on the MKII and turn the high knob it control the high fader

I hope my explanation is clear. Thanks in advance.
