Topic: Sound has crackling noise when using cross fader?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Everytime I mix a song, I hear some soft cracking / popping noise according to how fast or slow I move the crossfader. Is there a fix to this.

I have latest version of VDJ along with RMX console.

Ps. the cracking/popping noise also occurs with or without the controller. HELP ME PLZ ASAP. Thanks Guys!!

I think I fixed it by switching the safemode to off. Question is there a way to save the setting.. It kinda sucks to have to keep turning it off everytime I open vdj. Thanks
