Is it possible to transfer a mp3 database & Playlist from xp to Vista ?

Yes, which version do you use? Just transfer "Virtual DJ database.xml" file, inside are all your data.
Playlists are in "Playlist" or "Tracks" txt file, in new version they are in dedicated folder.
