Ok, I got a DJ Console and I like it. Obviously not for scratching.
Anyway I was looking around for some turntables to get. I am interested in learning to scratch and want something that will be able to accommodate my needs as I learn. I will mainly be mixing hip hop and would want a half decent set of decks that can do this.
I have NO experience with turntables at all. And I also understand that it will take a lot of practice to learn the scratches. Could someone explain the different functions / features of a turntable I need to be looking for, or point me to a link?
Also can someone suggest a deck that they think will be good for me?
I found a set of Numark 1650s for around $280 shipped. Will these be good enough for me?
Thanks in advance for your help!
