Topic: VDJ on Mac with Xponent

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Hi there.

I've just brought VirtualDJ today, to use with my MacBook & an Maudio Xponent.

I've selected the Xponent as the controller in VDJ's preferences, & everything works properly except the pitch controllers. On the controller, they're inverted. .....pulling the fader towards me reduces pitch rather than increasing it.

I've RTFM quickly, & I can't find any obvious way of reversing this. So can anybody tell me how to fix this please? .....if it can't be fixed, then it will be an error in the mapping for the Xponent.

Cheers

IAN

Absolutely perfect! :-)

You sir, deserve a virtual beer!! .....can I paypal you a couple of pounds / dollars / zlottee's / sheckells or whatever your local currency is?

Why isn't this VDJ's default mapper for the Xponent? It's a million times better.

.....now how about getting the level meters working? ;-)

Thanks, always nice to get some feedback, local currency is pounds but payment isn't necessary!

Virtual DJ 5.1 has better Xponent support - including progress and level meters, and my new mapper (which will be released this weekend with any luck) enhances that even more...

Regards,

Scott
