I mean for god shakes....I am trying to upgrade to VDJ Pro, went to downloads - software Updates - click the password -hit enter....nada, nothing happens.
Tried also Purchase - online shop - entered the serial number - entered the credit card info - the proceed button never works to press it and start the process.
Does this seem reasonable?
I use a Macbook Intel Core 2 Duo with 10.5.3 and I recently bought RMX Hercules console that comes with the VDJ LE... Please also tell me that if I upgrade to PRO
I won't be having problems btw the Console and the Software.

Sorry I was desperate at the moment cause I have a gig coming up, and frustration leads you out of control.
