Hi,
Last night i had some troubles with playing different mp3 files from my external hard drive.
A song was playing, and suddently the song makes a dragging stop (like dropping the pitch to -100% in 1 or 2 seconds).
right after that, the song continues to play again. This happend a couple of times, with different songs.
At first i thought the timecode signal was causing this, but after disabling the timecode, i still got the same problems.
The strange thing is that i didn't change anything to the setup, i've been using this configuration for a couple of months, without any problems.
The MP3 files are ripped by myself, 192kbit CBR, and never had any troubles before.
when the problem occured for the second time, i switched back to audio CD's, didn't want to bother the crowd with my VDJ testing.
I use the 5.07 VDJ software, haven't updated to 5.1 yet (still in testing phase).
Anyone know's what i should look for to prevent this problem from happening again?
