When i'll be finished with the skin resizer, i'll creata a database tool for duplicate files, old entries in database, etc.
2.a talkover function
I think there's already a plugin for that
3.many more 1200x800 and higher res skins
Most new skins that come out are in 1200x800 or higher. And you can use my skin resizer tool if you need to resize a skin.

Macro shortcuts already exist since version 4.0 if i remember well.
