Topic: New iMac latency?

I just got a brand new iMac 3.06 with the 512 video card. When I try to change the latency presets to fastest, music will not play. Auto seems to work fine. Why is this?

Some settings with overpower your soundcard , if you are using the rubbish internal sound card its always best to set auto as it is good for general use but was never intended for DJ or production use.

Which card do do use?

Its the internal one. Which one should I get?
