Can someone explain what the 3 different modes are for Absolute, Smart, Relative.

I always use smart mode, but to be truthful running TCV's still don't feel like spinning proper vinyl (that's not a moan BTW). In Absolute mode they do, but I find my setup doesn't like this mode.

Relative mode I've never tried.

As I thought,

Playing TCV's in absolute mode is the more natural feel, as it is suppose to replicate or be like really vinyl.

cliff notes*

absolute: as real vinyl would behave, music will skip, no use of loops

smart: starts as absolute but if you use loops or the tcv skips then it will act like relative mode.

Relative: music will play no matter what happens, skips loops, etc. needle drop will not work
