Turntables go into inputs 1/2, inputs 3/4

Output 1/2 goes to your amp/PC speakers. Quite simpy really.

You don't have to, but the sound quality is better running though a amp, than PC speakers.

Other question, I think is a bit stupid:
- from the mk2 console to the PC, how many cables are? The USB and the cable from Output 1/2 to the speakers?

Nope, just one USB cable connecting MK2 to the PC, all audio cables are on the MK2 itself.

Ok so when you want to hear the sound in a amp you need a "special cable" connecting from mk2 to amp; but when you want to hear the sound with the pc speakers, the USB is sufficient, no?

A lot of thanks.

mk2 (outputs 1&2) to amp, you want a RCA cable with 4 male jacks.

mk2 to PC speakers, (small output 1&2) small 3.5mm jack (the one on your speakers that go into the soundcard of your PC).

An RMX would be better and a VV box would be even better than that.

You can map whatever you want as it is MIDI mixer. There is no Mapper for RMX yet, but soon.
