I just recently purchased two (2) Pioneer CDJ-400's and one (1) Pioneer DJM-400 and I also have a Roland SP 555.
I am completely new to DJ'ing and am a complete beginner when it comes to all of this.
I have searched through the forum using keywords like "CDJ-400", "CDJ400", etc but really haven't found an exact answer to my question.
I really need to know absolutely everything from setup, I know the obviously like switching to USB mode and hooking up to my computer...but I mean driver wise, additional add-on's, software I will need to use. Also, am I going to be able to use all the functions of my CDJ-400 with VDJ? I've read a little bit about TimeCoded CD's or something, not to sure about all of that either. Remember all of this is completely new to me so please keep it as simple as possible.
