I installed the RMX Software on my Mac and when I start up virtual DJ and click on config tab. I selected Hercules RMX under drivers, but when I try to use the controller it does not work. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Hi,
I got the same problem. Just bought the RMX and same time bought the upgrade to PRO. Didn't work so asked support what to do.
Their answer.... Version 5.07 is not yet supported for the RMX. I asked when they expect the update for the RMX and they could only
tell me soon....... that was 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting....

Don't worry if you keep asking about it you might get more info like...

-it'll be ready when its ready
or my fav post in the error log that nobody ever seems to look at.
Would love to buy a RMX looks like it would be a great little unit for travelling. Herc seem to have hit it on the head. Pity us in the Mac world are still the poor cousin of PC-VDJ users. With a 2nd rate version of the product.
Its getting beyond a joke now, we;re nearly in June halfway through the year!
