I know some other folk have had a similar problem in the past with this, but I cant seem to resolve it.

Have downloaded version 5.07 about 6 times now and each time when I try to run the exe i get an error message saying the file size is not correct.

I have tried downloading with both firefox and IE, have cleared the cache in both have tried right clicking the link in the download centre. I have tried to install the exe on both my desktop (XP) and laptop (Vista) but all with the same result.

Is there anything else anyone can suggest so I can upgrade?

Cheers

John

Use only IE, do not right click on the link - left click on the link. Please visit the download center and try again.

No it should be working fine with IE6

Have you tried from a different computer ? Once you download the file - just use a thumbdrive OR burn the exe to a CD.

I did try on another desktop and it has installed fine. Cheers

However when I go to run the karaoke plugin an error pops up with dsdx9_33.dll is missing, I will see if the plugin is available on the plugin page if not any suggestions?
