I just recently brought the Virtual DJ program, and im no sure how to set up my lab top to come PA speakers..
What hardware do I need?
Would the Numark Dj|iO work? If so what else will I need...

The DJ.io would be great for a main output and headphone output aslo.
It is quite simple to setup , you would need to register you VDJ here to get the latest updates.

What if I get the DXM01USB and some sort of amp, then i will be able to play out of some pa speakers correct?

Yes you could buy the full cue and this mixer , each deck is a sound card in its self so you would use two card mode.
