Topic: can't delete songs all songs at once

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I can't delete all songs from my database at once, it deletes only 100 songs, i got 9000 files, it takes a long time.

And when i scan HD the program crashes.

please help

If you are trying to start from scratch with your database then do the following.

1. Go to Program Files\VirtualDJ
2. Rename the VirtualDJ Database .xml file to .old (That way you have the old one if you want to go back to it)
3. Launch VirtualDJ, it will create a Fresh Clean database to work with.


And the HD scanning issue could be corruption on your HD, scandisk and defrag may help.
