Personally I like the American Audio CDI-500's. I had these before going with my Numark ICDx's. The ICDX's are nice, but I liked the feel of the CDI's a lot more.
I do have a pair for sale. One is brand new in box. Shipped a player back to get fixed, they couldn't fix it thus sending me a new one. The second player works great, but is not new in box.

I have personal experience with both the Numark and Pioneer players.
Flip a coin and go with the one feels more comfortable to use.
Side by side the Two players are comparable. I like both and would use both.

I just purchased two pioneer cdj 800 mk2 to replace my icdx and pioneer by far in my opinion is a much better deck..Although the icdx was made to work with vdj i still like pioneer better...and don't forget about the upcoming cdj 400 which is pioneers version of the icdx..

I think it's all down to personal choice really, some users might like, pioneers others numark. What I would be is to go to a DJ equipment shop/store and see if they allow you to have a go and feel of a few and see what you think.
I like the Numark axis 9,or the icdx's , that's my 2 pennies worth.

Yes, it is personal choice along with what you can afford, but in my expierience I love my pioneer. I have had 2 Numark cd players and have had troubles with both of them, I will never buy Numark again. I have also had some good luck with Denon dual cd player.

thanks for all your advices , but the cdj200 is at 400$ andd its was not that many fonctions as the stanton c.314 who is at 400$ too. Is the cdj200 is a good deal ? Is it worth it, or its better to buy the c.314?
Thank you
Thank you

What is comes down to if your a mix dj if your having troble chooseing between cdj200 & srtanton c414
do you want to scratch at all?----stanton is the winner as the 200 won't allow for that
how well do you want to mix----cdj200 is the winner by miles and miles(stanton pitch precision goes down to 0.1 which is pretty bad, the 200 does the same as the 1000---0.02
stability---- 200 wins again. You will find alot more users having troubles with the stantons than the 200.
Want effect and more shabang for you buck----stanton

There is no comparison between Pioneer, stanton and numark. Both numark and stanton are low budget brands. Pioneer is the real deal. Many companies are trying to copy from the industry leader.

He's asking about the CDJ 200. Pioneer's Budget player.
The Axis 9 will stack up very well against this player. In every way.
I think he should rent a pair of each and have at it.

If you look in ebay. You might find the first cdj 800 or the 1000 used. I bought one for 350 before and used it with virtual vinyl and it works great..

But that's not what he asked.
He asked about the CDJ 200 or the Axis 9 or the Stanton unit.
This is what he asked about - not where he can purchase gear. Please stay on point.

Buy The Numark axis 9. I have a friend that is using them with time codes and they work great. The scratching is ok.
