ok i went through some pages and didn't really find an answer.....I have used timecoded vinyls and a soundcard most the time to do my music. I just got my hercules and wanted to mess with it without the vinyls for now. but no matter what settings i pick...i cant get the output to play music thru any of my speakers. i use RCA outputs...and the output it came with (headphone jack one end, RCA wires the other end).....what settins must my controller or virtual dj be on? plz help i wanna use this simple thing for my party.

and if i change it to vinyl use...and use hercules for soundcard/mixer. what do i have to do then? plz help thanks! (this is regarding to hoping it will play thru my speakers as well, not just work thru the head phones)

In your Herc system tray, the 2 sliders should be at the top, these are your herc volume.
In VDJ config,
Remote control tab>Hercules should be outlined in green with activate ticked.
Sound set up tab> Input, none
Output, Headphones
Soundcard, DJ console ( it has to be plugged in to show )
That's how I do it.
