so, if i've got a USB Mixer (e.g Numark DXM01USB), two simple turntables and two timecoded vinyls, could i use it with VirtualDJ, with a normal sound card ? Could i simply mix and scratch with them, like normal vinyls ?

that would not be a good mixer for tcv
use i would , get a maya 44 usb soundcard
and then get a standard mixer if you are on a tight budget
if you have a larger budget check out the maya and the nuo4

Yes you can. If you already have that mixer it will work as long as you get a soundcard like the one Sky mentioned.
