Im have a number of Promo Only video files on my external hard drive. They're all saved in there own folder which has been added to the favorites. I've got my video activated in VDJ and all video files are mpeg. When I click that folder to pull up the video files, nothing comes up. its like im trying to open an empty file. They will play in WMP. VDJ just wont find them or doesnt recognize them or something. If i go into - my computer - g drive (external hard drive) - music library - videos - "old school hip hop" (for ex.) I can drag and drop them into a deck and then they'll play. They just wont come up inside the virtual dj lib.

Check here make sure you didn't accidentally remove these options
