so far we've seen the rhythm bars. and that 4th bar being thicker than the rest to represent the bar.
however, proper mixing requires fading from one music to the other at the 1st beat of the phase.
we need to fade in to "the one" not "a one"
please allow us skin developers to program a skin witch would show a beat, bar, and phase as well.
Thanks,

This would require fully editable CBG, to manually set different combinations
of phases and bars, since some tracks have additional 1 (or 2) bar(s) brakes, which
would naturally be confusing if the CBG would count only every 16th beat from the
beginning to the end.

actually, i was suggesting adding a new xml rhythm paramater for the beat grid.
allow either method to work
<grid1 width="2" mainwidth="4"> or <grid1 beat= "2" bar="4" phase="6" >
_____________________________________________________________________
now that i think about it, a really cool beatgrid would look something like this
<grid1 beat:color="green" beat:width="2" bar:color="yellow" bar:width="4" phase:color="cyan" phase:width="8">
now there is one awesome beat grid
