I noticed that with both versions of the clip bank (ver1.1 & ver1.2), when I run the mouse over the clipbanks they don't preview like before. Also, this weekend at a gig I loaded the 12 banks with different clips and when I tried to access them at a later time they all showed empty but when I clicked on them they showed on the output screen. Am I doing something wrong or has this happened to anyone else?

Preview has been removed.
** You will have to reload your clips after the following **
Deleted all reference files for the Clipbanks in the My Documents -> VirtualDJ\\Plugins\\VideoEffect
-- Any file that starts with clipbank
Reinstall the Clipbank.dll by running the downloaded .EXE
Now try.... - preview snap shot should work.

So now you can no longer preview the clip by simply placing the mouse pointer over it?
If that's the case, how do we preview?

Why do you need a preview ? And you still have the OLD plug-in available for download if you prefer that version.

There is a trade off, better stability or preview? They chose better stability. The preview was also using resources just to check the clip. Now, when you load a clip, close and open, it is still there.

Cstoll,
Thanks,
The preview didn't work with the new update.
Did the things you said and now is working again with the preview.
Great mate !!!

glad I read this post before asking...answers my question about the preview. I liked it, BUT, I also had a crash with it once after I left a clip playing for over 5 mins. I'll take stability over preview any day!

Plus, when it really comes down to it, are you really surprised? They do what they do, and basically look the same. I'm just glad the clips were free, and now work even better in the software.
