Is Numark Cue and Virtual DJ the same program?

I have a shop near me that has numark cue, ad if i was to buy and DJ software, it would probably be from them.

so, is Virtual DJ and numark cue the same thing?

and, if so, can i get plugins from the pro section if i buy numark cue?

Please next time do use the forum search features - this question has been asked numerous times. And, CUE is even listed in the Products menu drop down above.
