Hi.
I will like to know some "set up" on the sound config. on VDJ, I test the demo month ago. and almost buy a pair of (numark icdx and a numark dmx09). after lot of test i definaly want to become pro user. plus, all the good things are only for PRO.
Looking on the forum i saw the DENON DNH5000. and i get crazy with the control and the mixer DN500 together.
As my demo expire, i´m not able to make more testing. also i can make a partition and install windows again.
but if somebody already knwo this. gone save me a hard work.
DNH5000(control midi) + DN500(4channel mixer) + Laptop
well here is the question :
1st Set up; USING MONO SPLITE TO STEREO CABLE AND DENON 2 STEREO SOUND CARD BUILT-IN
DECK 1 @ Channel 1 = Right (soundcard1) DECK 2 @ Channel 2 = Left (soundcard1)
SAMPLES @ Channel 3 = Right (soundcard2) PRE-LISTEN @ Channel 4 = Left (soundcard2)
2nd Set up; USING 4 STEREO OUTPUT SOUND CARD OR 7.1 SOUND CARD
DECK 1 @ Channel 1 = Output 1 (soundcard1) DECK 2 @ Channel 2 = Output 2 (soundcard1)
SAMPLES @ Channel 3 = Output 3 (soundcard1) PRE-LISTEN @ Channel 4 = Output 4 (soundcard1)
It will be a perfect solution. to listen to a song before load it on the deck.
I was looking for this on the forum. but only can find some one saying; ONLY THE OLD VERSION OF VIRTAUL DJ CAN DO 4 CHANNEL MIXER.
I dont undanstand, why the sound setup is better in the OLD version ??????
can somebody expland it to me. or tell if still posible this kind of set ?
