From what I can tell, yes...
Recently tried to put a multi-instant skin on which did not work. Then tried some others with same result. Prolly some copyright bullshit, since if you change a skin it would say VDJ in the corner.
But other then that the software is "exactly the same" ;)

All skins work with Cue, just as VirtualDJ
Just make sure you download a skin that is compatible with your version, that being VDJ/Cue 4/5
There are NO limitations on Cue, compared to VDJ...
Numark Cue is simply put, the BOXED version of VDJ, sold by Numark

Strange, I can change skins... I have about 2-3 skins that I rotate depending on my mood for the night. OK Depending if I'm drinking and I need to focus my eyes quickly or not.

I hava a good time with my mixes... and people who come up to the booth more than once get a revised version of their song ( 30 secs )... don't piss me off requesters ( liquor talking ).

Yes it is fully skinable, even the logo changes.....

I got a PM from you that might explain the issue at your PC
It seems like you have downloaded and installed VDJ version after you have installed CUE.
That will make all the skins, plugins etc install into the VDJ directory.
To make them available to CUE, simply put them into CUE's install directory ;)
