when i record my video mixes, i prefer to connect the video out of my VDJ computer to a DV/firewire capture box (there are dozens, I like my Canopus ADVC-100). although, like audio recording, there are dozens of ways to record a video mix. this works for me though and it's cheap, easy and extremely high quality video capture.

For me I baught a DVD recorder for about $49us managers special and it works great. It allows me to put in on disc and edit on computer and finalize it.

Look under the recording tab, and select record into multiple files, and when you select that, look to the far right and also select 'split file each time crossfader is moves to the left/right'
