Topic: making cd's

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I wanted to know if there is any way to divide the cd's I make using vdj into tracks instead of one large file. I have already selected to record in cd format (.bin .cue)

Any help is appreciated.

Thankx

Use a waveform editor (i.e. Audacity) and break up/export your large recording into convenient chunks. Then you can write them to an audio CD in order and have a mix-CD with actual breaks between the songs. :)

There should be a "Cut" button on the record page.. which you can use to split the tracks.. however, if this isnt available then the above method will work.. the other thing is that switching between the record and music pannels may get tiresome, so u might be able to make a shortcut for it..

It may also detract you from your mix.. but it's a six and two threes game...
