okay I set up a listen2myradio broadcast portal.
I set the shoutcast settings according to the settings I got from listen2myradio.com
I can connect to the server. and VDJ says it's broadcasting & connected, Just like on VDJ radio.
trouble is no-one that wants to connect can.
anythoughts?

Yup I checked there.
Listeners can't connect - network error Is what I get when I try to connect.

log into your radio pannel and turn ur server on ,
and ensure all ur ports are forwarded , forward and unblock the port they give you in ur router and firewall

Asked on the listen2myradio forum.
They said - might be problem with windows media player (wdm problem).
strange.
VDJ connects to server, has song titles going out in to cyberspace.
everything says broadcasting on my end - but no noise on the listener end.
;P that might be a blessing in disguise - depending on who's listening;P
