hey everybody!!!

quick shout out!!! keep up the good work guys (support team)

everytime i tried to hook up my mk2 vdj crashes

then i unplug the usb and open vdj again error say (error in the ASIO sound driver)

i have a desktop putter (maya44 internal sound card) ASIO drivers are installed...

it just started today after i installed dj cel mapper

remove the mapper ,

is it the latest one from the site

what verison of the herc drivers do you use

what os?
 
how do you remove the driver...


i think its the latest got it from the site last month

herc drivers 3.4.0.0 dj api 2.0.8.2 cpl 1.4.3.2

os is xp
 
be sure that when connecting to the mk2 that you are setting the maya as your primary card not the mk2 by mistake

if its not that ,

just uninstall the hercules software in add remove programs

then download the latest package from the herc website

did not work...

there is a conflic somewhere everytime i plug in the mk2 vdj crashes how do you remove dj cel drivers?if thats the problem

iv'e been using the mk2 fine untill i installed his drivers...

i uninstalled vdj and the mk2 drivers and boom crash....

i got a vdeo show Sat i need this thing to work....



 
if your using 4x go to

C:/programfiles/virtualdj/plugins/

look for external devices (control device) , and delete the mapper .dll

for 5 x go to my documents / virtualdj / plugins

and look for external devices (control device) and delete the mapper .dll
