hi,

sorry if this is a repost

I just bought a turntable to hook up to my hercules console, but i can't hear anything i play on the turntable. i was a bit unsure about the whole audios source business and what i'm meant to do to change it. there's nothing wrong with the turntable itself. do i need to get a mixer? i've bought it primarily to rip vinyl but am thinking about mixing with it as well. does anyone know how this sounds? i'll be mixing mostly wavs with vinyl.
