I have a toshiba satelite laptop( centrino 1,86 ghz), with 1,5 gb memory.
I want to mix mpeg videos.
I tried the virtual dj trial version with hecules mk2 and the image without acelerator was too slow and with acelerator had a green mark on the screen.
I need to know :
Is my computer able to run videos or I will need a better one?
is 1,5gb memory enough?
witch is the best console to play with?
witch version of virtual dj is better to play videos perfectly in my setup?
thanks
Levy

that will not be able to video mix you
should get a dedicated graphics card of 256mb or greater ,
it would be hard to change that so a new laptop may be in order

that ufortunately is extremely expensive and transfer rates arnt usualy fast enough.
laptops will intel cards are usaly designed for office enviroements
so unfortunately you will need a new one for video mixing
or perhaps you should investigate the posiblity of using a racmount pc or a micro tower pc which would be cheaper
