have you tried pitch sensitivity @ 0 ??
 
i thought it was just me... but mine does it too, thought one of my cdx's were off so i bout to new numark x2's and i get the same thing
 
Yup Im plagued with this bug as well. Both decks affected. Its a small pitch jump, no more than 3 off, but enough to trainwreck mixes. I've gotten in a habit of lining things up and turning timecode off to mix... It affects both decks. Im going to roll with 4.3 if they cant fix this issue.
