Topic: Please help!! problems with the sound!!!

I have Virtual DJ 4.0 and I recently bought an Hercules DJ Control Mp3. The problem is that when i touch the jog wheel, the equalizer or press the auto beat buttons or de pc keyboard buttons i can hear a background noise that distorts the music that is playing. How can I solve this problem?? i have a very new laptop with core 2 duo and 1 gb of ram.

PD: With the 3.1 version that comes with de Hercules this problem is solved, but i lose all my CUES, because I copy the database into the directory of the 3.1 but when I execute the program I find all the songs with no CUES. How can I put all the 4.0 CUES into the 3.1 version??

the databases changed from 3.x to 4.x , so going backward will be difficult.
If you own a legal copy of V4 then register and use your MK2 with V4 and upgrade to V5.

We had this same problem with a Total Control and fixed by turning off Keylock.
Try turning Keylock off on both decks.
