Every time i try to rip a dvd i get an error message . Is there a patch ?

i also get an error message... unfortunately sky, it just straight up says "error"
this is when using the ripdvd.exe program.
it seems like most of my errors occur when trying to rip my promo only's around the 30's in track numbers. does this mean that my dvd drive may have an error when it reaches that position on the dvd? i'd think so. except that it happens on 3 different computers lol.
