daft question are you connected to the web thats the only way you will get the covers and as cstoll says check your settings...

I've found that songs without a cover in it's tag displays instead a box with the title and artist w/o a picture. As has been stated you can now use VDJ apparently to get album covers, personaly I'm using the tag & rename software. Do a search in the forums for "free tag rename" to see how to get it for free;^]
