i have 2 kam dx3000 decks, one stanton 3 channel smx 301mixer and a laptop,i want to put the laptop into the 3rd ch in my mixer and i want to be able to cue ch 2 in vdj without it going out through the master while ch 1 is playing,do i need to put a sound card between the laptop and mixer to split these channels and then does this mean i must keep plugging in and out the headphones from the laptop to the mixer depending on what ch i am cuing.or i need to buy a 4 ch mixer [i am confused]please help me and explain in lay mans terms thanks,so basically i need to be able to mix all 4 channels[2 decks and 2 chs in my vdj]and cue any of them also without the cued ch going out through the master???????????????? does this make sense

you need a dual stereo in soundcard like maya 44 usb or u46dj mk2

connect the decks to the soundcard then the soundcard to the mixer

and ofcourse virtual dj pro

and timecoded vinyls which you can purchase from this site

you can aslo use real vinyl in bypassmode which you can learn about in the new features manual in the general forum :)
