I can't speak for Atomix, but i would imagine as long as it is clearly an advertisement or recommendation, that it would be fine.
You would need to ensure that the Logo link isn't implying any kind of affiliation or endorsement from Atomix in regards to any content that may be on your page(s)
Best to wait for a Teamer or Mod to confirm though.
