Topic: BCD300 help

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I just got a Behringer BCD3000 yesterday...

Anybody know what to do to setup the audio correctly? It works in traktor because it's natively supported, but how do I set it up manually in VDJ?

Is there something I must do in audio MIDI setup? What do I select on the VDJ config screen? Right now, both outputs are working, but I can't use both decks, and the crossfader doesn't work.

Anyone out there with one that can help?

Also, (to the VDJ team) do we have a timeframe as to when this will be officially supported, so the lights work? Do you know when exactly VDJ will be updated?

Thanks,
DJ RPG

like with all consoles not natively included you need to midi map them

midi mapping

now it should control vdj

as to the soundconfig

on the console soft

and on vdj

(images thanks to http://www.virtualdj.com/blog/juliocqb/)

that should get you working

now as to a native mapper , it probably will be included in the future but there are some important things they want to add first , so please bare with them on that:)

thanks.

I got the midi config for VDJ, but I am on a mac, so I don't have the control panel. I must go into audio/MIDI setup.
