i have been trying to use the shakerbeat and boomerang effect... but it seems i cant get the right sound. what can i do to make them sound right especially the shakerbeat efffect

have a song playing and adjust it to what you like but do you know how to keep the same setting for the shaker beat it keep changeing back to the orginal setting and the rest stays to the same setting and stuff but not this one help please
