ok, i just re-purchased atomixmp3 full version by mistake in an attempt to download the full version. I got the email showing me the steps to take inclunding my serial # which by the way,still was rejected each time i attempted. Now i am still receiving only the trial version even after i purchased the full version twice. Can someone please help me with these situations, starting with my double purchase asap!!!

keith I know how you feel as I ended up with Atomix when I never really needed it. If you can get both transaction reversed (you CC company can maybe do this as well) then you should buy the Herculeus MK2 for a wee bit more and get the software with it.
