Iam currently using virtual dj in a night club using a sound blater external audigy NX2 Card
Basically the sound quality that comes out of that is not good enough. When i take over the other dj and he is playing the cd on the pioneer 1000 mk3 decks the sounds is very sharp crisp and clean when i take over the sound quality is no where near as good.
Iam looking for a sound card that will deliver that sort of sound quality , does anyone have any suggestions?

Hm, that's strange, it should work ok, that sound card has good sound. Sound quality in VDJ depends on Performance settings, so try to setup it and try to see is there any difference.
If you want to get something better, take Maya 44 or ESI U46DJMK2.

I was looking that the echo idigo Dj Card
http://www.echoaudio.com/Products/CardBus/IndigoDJ/index.php
It claims to have high gain output which is what the pioneer decks have because when iam using my external Audigy NX 2 the output is alot lower and i have to turn the gain right up on the mixer maybe this is where iam losing some sound quality.
What are other people thoughts, experiences with this card?
