Ok I did a search and found this thread
Whenever I open atomixmp3 on my Win/XP box, it "automagically" turns my volume all the way up... Not good for my speaker system. Anyone know of a fix?
http://www.virtualdj.com/forums/30685/PC_Version_Technical_Support/Loud_at_startup.html?highlight=Loud%20at%20startup
but I have no idea were that option is in VDJ 4.
Any ideas ?

Atomix Mp3 is setting your wave and master outputs to the max, Virtual DJ will not do that. Why? The team will tell ;)

I guess I was not clear with my question.
I run the latest version of VDJ .. with the Internal Mixer skin.
Every time I start the program up, both channels are set to max volume,.
My Question is.
~~~~ Is there a way to make it not start at max volume. ~~~
I would like the program to start up with volume set to min not max... im guessing there is a registry entry that will do this ... I just don't know what it is.
I only posted the other link about atomix because its all I could find on the forum regarding this issue.
