not the best place to ask i guess as ur bound to get vdj all the way lol
but they both have their merits however
torq seems to lack video or KJ vdj has both
you have to have a maudio soundcard and controler to use it which is a big pain , because your stuck with that hardware only , and if it fails you have to buy another to use the program
vdj supports all cards and controlers
the torq conective looks cheap and plasticy which is their timecode solution
the xponent is better its a good controler and soundcard which can be used with virtual dj
ultimately for best value per money in my opinon you should buy virtual dj
