There no problem with the software n herc mk2, it natively support:) It just the knob have undesired behaviour sometimes especially at split:)

It could be less than 24 hr or up 2,3 days..
It could be the team are rushing n bz for the new version ..hehe but they will reply asap. Try send again..:)

dont send it again that is likely to increase the support time and as they say on the support page
