BPM in Virtual DJ not in realtime or is there a feature that I have to check for it to be in realtime.

What do you mean, off course it is in real time?
 
It's not in realtime. BPM variation does exist in some songs but VirtualDJ (most DJ software for that matter) only analyse the song before hand and calculate a static bpm for the whole song duration. There's nothing the user can do in the software to get the realtime bpm which is a shame. There are free utilities available on other websites which will give you the realtime bpm for whatever sound is being playing through your line-in of the computer; there's probably a way to use such tools with the waveout/stereo mix to get a realtime bpm.

I have a few tracks like that, but none of them are house : )
