you need a supporting card , such as numark virtual vinyl or maya 44usb
you need to download
http://www.virtualdj.com/products/timecode/VDJTimeCode.mp3 this and burn two audio cds from it

thanks for the link, i just downloaded the mp3 file. another question, is the MAYA44 the best out there for this application? i am not looking for real big time equipoment but i do want to treat my Mac Book Pro (10.4.8) to good quality equipment. i have been Djing for a long time but now is when i finally made the leap into the digital world and certainly looking to master the VDJ app with the Video portion.

are you using the windows version or the mac version?
if you are using the mac version only numark virtual vinyl is currently supported for mac timecoding
