Topic: How do i get sound throufg my headphones?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Just getting into this whole Virtual Dj thing but im not very computer skilled so not sure if i have the right soundcard? I have checked out the system details on the pc and it says the soundcard is a SOUNDBLASTER PCI. will this allow me to my next track selection while there is a track playing? Im not sure how to tell if it is 4.1 or not!

Please help.

If you have some property software that came with the card, in there you should have option to choose between 2 or 4 channels output. Also check in Control Panel>Sounds that 4 channels are enabled.
